Lee Johnson, Owner
Tristar Land Management was created as a life long dream of owner Lee Johnson. Lee is an avid outdoor enthusiast who is passionate about helping others create the perfect hunting and recreational property. With over 20 years of experience, he has helped many people over the years to make wise decisions when it comes to managing and investing in real estate.
Tristar was born out of the many requests to help friends and neighbors to not only maintain their current properties but also to help them make wise decisions on the types of properties they wanted to invest in for the future. Lee is a CPA with many years of experience in managing various types of real estate from residential and commercial properties to farmland and timberland. He understands the unique opportunities and tax consequences of each type of property that his friends and customers want to invest in.
Lee enjoys spending time with his kids and friends in the outdoors and teaching them how to be better stewards of what the Creator has entrusted to us. He is married to Jennifer and they have four beautiful children: Sadie, Jack, Will, and Millie.

John-Robert Mehr, II, Land Consultant
John Robert was born and raised in West Tennessee where he lives with his beautiful wife, Brittney, and their German Shepherd-Tracks. His roots run deep in West Tennessee.
He was blessed to grow up wing-shooting, fishing, turkey hunting and Whitetail deer hunting. He doesn’t take lightly where his blessings come from- “the good Lord above and his wonderful natural resources.”
John-Robert is very dedicated to being a steward of the land, a gamekeeper, practicing quality deer management and doing everything he can to grow the biggest bucks possible on the properties that he manages.

Gordon Glisson, Project Manager
Gordon joined the Tristar team in 2015. Growing up in Florida, he has always loved the outdoors. Gordon has over 30 years of experience with land management and dirt work - operating bulldozers, excavators, and dump trucks. Gordon is hard-working and will see that your vision is carried out for your land. When Gordon is not on a piece of equipment for Tristar, he enjoys fishing and sightseeing.
